This double-storied modern home uses space cleverly. The open plan dining room, kitchen and living room create a focal point of energy for the entire house, with a gorgeous stairway leading to four spacious bedrooms upstairs.

This is a true entertainer’s house, with a ‘Grand Alfresco’ dining area adjoining the open plan, which extends the space and gives it the feel of a much larger area.

The interior design throughout the house complements the industrial architecture, with a mixture of materials such as raw timber and black steel juxtaposed against warm concrete finishes. It’s stylish, while still being comfortable and homely. Features include:
